This is us:

Mark and Kathy, after years of searching for the perfect vacation spot finally landed in La Ventana Bay Baja California Sur. 

We immediately fell in love and bought a piece of land. We decided to slowly build a place for our family and friends to gather and enjoy the freedom and beauty of Baja.

“Born from a love of Baja”

Mark a builder and restaurateur and Kathy a special education teacher, together with hard work, savings and determination ended up with a very special retreat. It has surpassed our expectations in many ways.

Now a second home overlooking the Sea of Cortez and surrounding landscape and village, with several casitas for guest and tons of lasting memories with family and friends. Last but not least a bonding with the community and local residents and new friends from around the globe with the same spirit of adventure and kindness.
